Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Virtual Garage Manager ("VGM", "we", "us") at https://vgman.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

VGM is a vehicle management platform that allows vehicle owners to track service history, fuel logs, maintenance reminders, and book automotive service providers. Service providers can list their business, manage bookings, and log service records.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use VGM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VGM to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose not explicitly permitted

5. Service providers

Service providers listed on VGM are independent businesses and not employees or agents of VGM. VGM does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by listed providers. Any disputes between vehicle owners and service providers are the responsibility of the parties involved.

6. Founding Partner program

Founding Partners receive free access to the platform during the launch period. This free access is granted at VGM's discretion and may be subject to change with reasonable notice. Founding Partners who transition to paid plans will receive a permanent discount as communicated at the time of approval.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and technology on VGM are owned by or licensed to VGM. You retain ownership of data you submit (vehicle records, service history, etc.) and grant VGM a licence to store and display it to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

VGM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of VGM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
